• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! I ship to most countries.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  I usually ship orders once a week - on Monday or Tuesday. Once shipped, most domestic orders within the US take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  If you're concerned about a package that hasn't arrived yet, message me and I will look into it.

• Do you take commissions? / What are your commission prices?

  I don't accept personal commissions, trades, or requests. Sorry!

• Can I use your art as a tattoo?

  You are welcome to use any artwork from my webcomic, Raccoon Comic, for tattoo designs - as long as you have purchased a Tattoo Ticket from my store. Please do not use any of my other personal artwork for tattoos. Thanks!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
